Biography
The sheriff spoke with Loose Ruth about the man who had recently destroyed Dankin Town. The sheriff admitted he hadn't gotten a good look at the man responsible himself, but assumed it was Vash the Stampede. The description he gave Ruth, however, described the appearance of Descartes. The sheriff also remarked that miraculously, no one had died in the attack.The $$60 Billion Man
