Biography
Around 13 years after the SEEDS ships crashed onto the planet, the Doctor encountered Vash when he'd collapsed in the desert after wandering alone and had been brought back to the ship where he received treatment and was welcomed into their community.

Appearance
The Doctor is a very short and very old man with tan skin. He is bald, but when he was younger he had curly dark brown hair. His eyes appear to be closed, but he may simply be squinting. His eyes were shown to be dark brown as well as wider open when he was younger. His age is never stated, but he could be close to 100 years old during the events of the series.
