Mr. Cliff is a short, skinny older man. His eyes are brown. He has short, wavy brown hair, thin eyebrows, and a long toothbrush mustache that covers the center of his mouth. His ears are very round and large. He has a prominent, downward-pointing nose and a wide mouth.

He wears a black tailcoat over a grey waistcoat with gold buttons with a white collared shit beneath. He wears a thin yellow bowtie around his neck. His pants are grey and his shoes are brown.
