Elizabeth was originally a resident of the third city of July, along with her parents. On July 21, Stardate 0104, July was obliterated by Vash the Stampede, leaving Elizabeth and her family homeless. Her parents died in the aftermath of the event, causing her to wander the rubble for several days until consoled by a cloaked figure.
As an adult, Elizabeth was a plant engineer and representative of the Marius-Bresken-Kantacle Industrial Technical Union Work Dispatch Team sent to Inepril City to attempt to repair their plant.
