In season 2 episode 1, Kuroneko is one of the many citizens of Hellsalem's Lot that Femt abducts, plants a synthesized demon beast onto the head of, and then releases into the sky, alongside Leonardo Watch. After the latter is saved from injury and/or death by Zapp Renfro, Kuroneko falls from the sky and bumps headfirst into Leo, cracking the jars holding the demon beasts. Zapp quickly tries to prevent Leo's jar from completely shattering, but Kuroneko is nowhere to be seen after this, and what exactly happened to her is unknown. | |||

Kuroneko also briefly appears in the ending animation for the second season, set to the song "Step Up LOVE" by DAOKO and Yasuyuki Okamura. The scene zooms in on her from behind, she turns her head to the viewer, then winks and strikes a pose with her left front paw and bottom raised into view. Her colour palette has been slightly altered from her other appearances in order to suit the bright neon color scheme the ending animation uses, with the inside of her ears becoming a hot pink and her eyes being yellow. | |||
