Appearance
Milly is big and tall for a woman - she's almost as tall as Vash. She has long dirty-blonde hair and sky blue eyes. For clothes, she mainly wears a white dress shirt with a maroon tie, and tan pants that are rolled up on the bottom and held up with yellow suspenders. Over this, she wears a teal and tan greatcoat. Occasionally, she is seen in yellow pajamas, and she is seen one time in her Bernardelli work uniform.
Personality
Milly is sweet, serene, bubbly, and kind-hearted. She comes across as an airhead, but is actually quite insightful and perceptive when it comes to people. When she gets angry enough, however, she won't hesitate to make it known. But she also seems quick to forgive.
