Trigun Stampede is the latest anime adaptation of Trigun, released in 2023 via Crunchyroll. It is unknown at this time whether or not there will be more than one season.
Because of streaming, this series is the first Trigun series to be simulcast - episodes are able to premiere in Japan and the US on the same date.
Overview

Vash the Stampede’s a joyful gunslinging pacifist, so why does he have a $$6 million bounty on his head?
