Loose Ruth is a minor character who appears in Trigun (1998 anime).
Biography
Loose Ruth was a bounty hunter searching for Vash the Stampede. Due to the conflicting rumors he'd heard about appearance, he mistakenly assumed Descartes to be Vash. Descartes then accused Ruth of being Vash due to being blond, wearing a red coat, and carrying a big gun. The $$60 Billion Man

Ruth is a tall, slender older man. He has bushy blond hair which protrudes sideways from the beneath his hat. The top of his head is bald. He also has large, pointy sideburns and a handlebar mustache.
Ruth wears a long grey coat which has a red inner lining. He wears a brimmed gray hat.
Personality
Ruth has a calm, serious demeanor.

Ruth wields an unusual rifle with two separate barrels. He rotates the gun 180 degrees, alternating which barrel he shoots from.
