Chapel was Wolfwood's mentor and trained him as an assassin. PARADISE
Chapel was seen discussing the Quick Draw Tournament with the organizer. When Wolfwood confronted the organizer at the end of the competition, Chapel was seen to have been observing at a distance and walked away. QUICK DRAW
