The DVD case is packaged in a cardboard slipcover with an identical front and back design to the DVD case insert. The Trigun logo on the front and spine are embossed and glossy. The artwork on the front cover is glossy, and the artwork on the spines are embossed and glossy as well. The rest of the slipcover is printed with a matte finish.

The DVD is printed with a grey metallic texture that is riddled with bullet holes.

Included in the case is a promotional insert featuring the front cover artwork on the front and pictures of all 6 DVDs with their release dates on the back. Also included is a survey card from Geneon.
