Packaging

The main color of the packaging, LaserDisc labels, and videocassette labels is pink. The artwork features Dominique the Cyclops with her pistol, Rai-Dei the Blade, and E.G. Mine.

This volume's artwork is the rightmost part of a group illustration of the Gung-Ho Guns that is split across 3 different volumes: STAGE-8, STAGE-10, and STAGE-11. Because of this, the edge of Midvalley the Hornfreak's saxophone and Gray the Ninelives' arm can be seen on the left side of this volume's artwork, which connects to the artwork on the cover of the tenth volume.

Included in the package is the eighth Monthly Satellite Times insert and a survey card.

Notes

  • The catalog code for the LaserDisc release as seen on the official Trigun website's CD/VIDEO page differs from the one printed on the actual product. The website code begins with the letters "JALA" while the printed code begins with the letters "JVLA".
  • One screenshot from DEMONS EYE printed on the LaserDisc package shows an alternate version of the scene where Vash reacts to his finger being slammed in the door, depicting him with a less exaggerated facial expression and head shape as well as his shoulder, arms, hands, and injured finger being drawn and shaded differently than is seen in the episode.
