Biography

Loose Ruth was a bounty hunter searching for Vash the Stampede. Due to the conflicting rumors he'd heard about appearance, he mistakenly assumed Descartes to be Vash. Descartes then accused Ruth of being Vash due to being blond, wearing a red coat, and carrying a big gun. The $$60 Billion Man

Appearance

Ruth is a tall, slender older man. He has bushy blond hair which protrudes sideways from the beneath his hat. The top of his head is bald. He also has large, pointy sideburns and a handlebar mustache.

Ruth wears a long grey coat with white accents on the edges, which has a red inner lining. He wears a brown waistcoat over a pale pink poet shirt with frilly sleeves that protrude from beneath the sleeves of his coat. He wears a matching pale pink jabot on his neck over the waistcoat. A holster is belted around his waist. His pants are dark brown. His boots are black with a swooping light-grey pattern on the shins. On his head, he wears a wide-brimmed gray hat with a black band.

Ruth wields an unusual rifle with two separate barrels. He rotates the gun 180 degrees, alternating which barrel he shoots from.

Hand grenades

Ruth has hand grenades stashed in his coat which he throws at his adversaries. The grenades have 7 explosive charges, with an additional 6 bundled around the initial single charge on the handle.
