The bartender in Warrens City is an unnamed minor character who appears in Trigun (1998 anime).
Biography
The bartender ran a saloon in Warrens City. Frank Marlon, the town drunk, often visited her establishment.
One day, Frank came into the saloon with Vash the Stampede. The bartender approached the table and told Vash to give her his gun for her to hold on to until he left, as she didn't want any trouble. She remarked that the gun was strange when Vash handed it over to her.
Vash asked the bartender about Frank Marlon. She told him about how years ago, Warrens City was attacked by vicious bandits. Frank Marlon, the gunsmith, had handed out guns he'd made to the residents of the town and taught them how to use them to defend themselves against the bandits. Marlon was regarded as a hero by the townspeople. The bartender then asked Vash what his business with Frank Marlon was. Vash replied that he just wanted him to repair his gun. The bartender replied that he was wasting his time, and that Marlon would just pawn the gun for booze. Frank suddenly threw his glass of liquor towards her, hitting the bar near the bartender.
Vash and Frank spent the rest of the day drinking in the saloon until they were finally kicked out by the angry bartender. Vash drunkenly called out for her to return his gun. She threw the gun out the door, nailing Vash in the face.
The next day, Warrens City's bank was attacked by a man claiming to be Vash the Stampede and his henchmen. The bartender watched from the window as the real Vash stood up to the gang. Inspired by Vash's actions, the bartender came outside to confront the leader with her gun. PEACE MAKER
After the destruction of Augusta and the Fifth Moon Incident, the bartender looked on sadly as Frank took to once drinking again.FIFTH MOON
