He is mostly bald, but has pointy white/gray hair that sticks out on the sides of his head. He is missing many of his teeth, with only two teeth on his upper jaw and one on his lower jaw remaining. His nose is very small and flat, giving his head a skull-like appearance.
Professor Nebraska wears a white lab coat with large circular buttons and a black shirt underneath. He wears a green-tinted monocle on his left eye with a very short chain on the side.
