Charlie[1] is a "character" in the Trigun anime and Trigun: Badlands Rumble.

Biography

Jessica somehow owned Charlie at a young age.[2] She was holding Charlie while she watched Vash looking up information on the Flying Ship's computer databases. UNDER THE SKY SO BLUE

Jessica holds Charlie while watching Vash.


Years later, Sandie carried him around in her backpack. He was with her during Inepril City's hunt for Vash the Stampede and the subsequent attack by the Nebraska Family. HARD PUNCHER

Several stuffed rabbits resembling Charlie appeared in Macca City. Amelia Ann McFly owned a smaller, white-colored one when she was young.Badlands Rumble

Appearance

Charlie is a tan-colored stuffed rabbit toy with long, floppy limbs and body and a small, round tail. He has small round eyes and a wide-open mouth full of sharp teeth.

  • His face is reminiscent of Domo-kun, the mascot for the Japanese broadcasting corporation NHK. This is likely a coincidence, as Domo-kun's first public appearance was in December 1998, months after Trigun aired.
