Sandie is a little girl. She has dark brown hair braided into pigtails, tied with pink hairbands at the ends. Her eyes are violet. She wears a yellow sweater and a white collared shirt with a single button beneath, light green shorts, stockings, and Mary Jane style shoes. On her back she wears a brown backpack in which she carries Charlie, her plush rabbit toy.

Family
Sandie's mother was among the group of women who captured Vash and were in the building destroyed by the Nebraska Family. When Gofsef threw a punch at Vash while he was rescuing the women, Sandie cried out "Mommy!"
