Notes

Cameo in Trigun Maximum.
  • Descartes's gang appears in the opening credits of every episode of the original English Pioneer release as well as the FUNimation 2010 Trigun: The Complete Series DVD release due to the first episode's credits being mistakenly used for all 26 episodes.
    • However, they appear on episode 2's opening on all releases of the show due to it not having a unique opening credits sequence and reusing episode 1's.
  • Henchman A and Henchman C are among the group of anime-only characters who appear in Trigun Maximum Volume 12, Chapter 1 for a brief cameo, sharing a panel with Descartes.
  • Descartes is the only member of the gang to actually appear in the manga continuity. He is featured prominently in Trigun Maximum Volume 2, Chapter 1.
