Manga
Lob's Diner is located beside a lone active Plant bulb in the middle of the desert. There is a water tower beside the building. Multiple trucks are parked outside. Across the road is a billboard advertising the establishment. It is about 10 miles west of April City.
1998 anime
Lob's Diner is located at Felnarl Exit 10iles. According to their billboard, they have "food to take out" and a salad bar. The building itself has a sign that reads "BAR." There is a water tower next to the building. Multiple trucks are parked outside.
History
Manga
Meryl Stryfe and Milly Thompson stopped by Lob's Diner for a meal while looking for Vash the Stampede. When they placed their orders, the patrons of the establishment began laughing at them. Three men made a lewd joke towards the girls. Milly repeated her order, as she didn't understand the joke, when the strap of her stun gun broke and the large weapon fell from beneath her jacket, causing a table to flip up and smash into one of the rude men's faces. The frightened men backed off and Meryl was able to ask the bartender at the diner for directions to April City.THE $$60 BILLION DOUBLE DOLLAR MAN
