The unit this abbreviation is for is unknown, but appears to be a unit for measuring height. It is only seen written as apostrophes and quotation marks following numbers, similar to how feet and inches are abbreviated. However, it is most likely not equivalent to real-world feet and inches.

  • The wanted poster for the Nebraskas lists their heights in this manner. The Professor is said to be 6'5" and Gofsef is said to be 34'16". LOST JULY
